为迎接2008年奥运会在北京召开,同时让大家感受奥运的欢乐,公司对开幕式当天（2008年8月8日）作如下安排:
1) 北京代表处的同事：为支持奥运，减轻开幕式当天北京的交通压力，特安排于8月8日在家办公，并请保持通信畅通，便于工作联系；
2) 苏州/上海/成都办公室的同事，请妥善安排开幕式当天的工作，8月8日下午四点以后可以提前下班。如工作未完成的，须经部门领导批准方可提前下班；
3） 驻项目现场的同事，须经项目管理部领导批准方可提前下班。
4） 对于无法提前下班的，不作加班处理。
请各部门提前做好准备，妥善安排各项工作。

China is ready to organise the greatest games. Hee.
8th August 2008 is an important date for most of the people in China. It is the official opening of the Olympics Games. Likewise in my office, my colleagues have been discussing about it. Many have very high hope in Liu Xiang, who is the Gold medalist hurdles runner for men during the last season. He had actually broken the trend of US runners dominating the track. Hence, many Chinese hold their heads high up whenever his name is mentioned. However, some of colleagues are really kind people. They felt that they should not be giving Liu Xiang too much stress and that he is already a champion in their hearts.
